Utility Billing Software Update 1/9/2026
We’ve made significant progress this week toward completing our utility billing software transition, and we’re feeling very optimistic. We expect to have information ready to share with customers early next week.
As a reminder, late fees have been waived for this month, allowing customers time to watch for updates on Facebook and our website that will be posted as soon as utility balances become available.
Once the system is ready, bills will be mailed to all customers — even those who do not typically receive paper bills. These statements will include your January bill along with instructions for signing up for our new online system.
