We’re excited to share that our utility billing software transition is officially wrapping up, and January utility balances are now available.
Here’s what customers need to know:
📬 Paper Bills for Everyone
All customers will receive a paper bill, even if you typically do not receive one. This bill will include your January balance and information on how to set up your account in our new online portal. The graphic shared with this post will also be included as a flyer with your bill.
⏳ Late Fees & Shutoffs
The City Commission has waived late fees for January. Customers may make their payment at any time this month, as it is convenient for them, or wait for their paper bill before taking any action.
📧 About Emails & Online Setup
Some customers have already received an email with their account balance and a link to the new portal. These emails are being sent in waves, so not everyone has received one yet.
➡If you’ve received an email, you may begin setting up your account now.
➡If you have not received an email, we recommend waiting for your paper bill to arrive and setting up your account at that time.
💳 Online & Credit Card Payments
We are now officially able to accept credit card and online payments again. Please note that online payments will not restart automatically—customers will need to create an account in the new portal to use these options.
