We are excited to get our major street project started. This street project will include Walnut, Spruce, Chestnut, and Vine Street from 4th to 8th Street and all the side streets in between!
The project has been split into 8 phases, with each phase taking about 6 months to complete. Phase 1, Vine from 4th to 6th, is scheduled to begin in August 2023! Phase 2, Chestnut from 4th to 6th, is scheduled for October. Then each phase after that will be determined once the project
gets started.
This project is a huge undertaking and will include replacing all streets, curbs, storm drains, sidewalks, waterlines, and sewer lines, and we thank Bayer Construction and Olsson for taking it on.
