Software Conversion Update — More Information Coming Soon
The City of Wamego continues to work closely with our new software provider, Tyler Technologies, as we move through the conversion process. At this time, payment options and processes remain the same as they were in December, and we are currently waiting on updated utility balances.
While staff will do their best to assist customers, the information available is still limited as the conversion continues. Please know that as soon as we receive clearer timelines and next steps, we will move as efficiently as possible to begin the customer-facing portion of the transition.
We truly appreciate your patience during this process. Another update will be shared as soon as we have the information. Once we are ready to move forward, we will provide clear instructions and have staff available to help customers every step of the way.
