The City of Wamego is requesting proposals for supplying screen-printed shirts for the Recreation Department’s 2026 programs. Below is an approximate breakdown of quantities needed, subject to change based on participation levels:
- Spring Soccer: 275 shirts
- Baseball / Softball / Tee Ball: 350 shirts
- Flag Football: 250 shirts
- Volleyball: 150 shirts
- Fall Soccer: 320 shirts
- Basketball: 200 shirts
- Champion T-Shirts for Adult Leagues: 75 shirts
Shirt Details:
- Team Shirts:
- Printed on both sides
- Back: Number (athlete shirts) / “Coach” (coach shirts)
- Front: City of Wamego Recreation logo and sponsor logo
- Each team will have two coach shirts
- Champion Shirts (Adult Leagues):
- Back: City of Wamego logo and annual sponsor logos (same design throughout the year)
- Front: Small, sport-specific graphic on the pocket area
All shirt graphics will use a single color (either black or white). Sponsors will vary by team, and team sizes typically range from 7–12 athletes depending on the sport.
Proposal Requirements:
- Turn-around time (approximately 2 weeks preferred; please indicate realistic timelines).
- Setup costs and per-unit costs.
- Contact information and a list of similar jobs completed.
- Optional: Pricing for different shirt quality options, if available.
- Payment expectations or requirements.
