Water Aerobics

Need a cool workout during these hot summer months? Bring your water jugs and noodles and come join Water Aerobics! Water exercise is low impact, perfect for all age levels and fitness levels. This class will help build muscle strength and flexibility, improve cardio respiratory fitness, and is a great fat burning/ weight loss exercise.

10 WEEKS/ $50 Fee
June 4– August 10, 2012
Monday– Thursday: 5:15pm-6:00pm
Monday– Friday : 12:00pm-12:45pm
