Ambulance and Rescue
Pottawatomie County EMS is owned by Pottwatomie County and operated by Mercy Regional Health Center through a contractual agreement.
Maintaining four primary ambulances and two back-up ambulances that are stocked and set up for a variety of emergency situations, Pottawatomie County EMS has four stations, located in Wamego, Westmoreland, Onaga and St. Marys. The Wamego station is fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Pottawatomie County EMS serves approximately 1,600 patients each year.
The Wamego station is located at 406 F Miller Drive.
